Installations of the Single Phase R-1325L2K/30 CNC Router Installation.
First thing we did when we got to the client’s premises was to use jacks to lift up the machine so we could install the Adjustable Levelling Feet. We started with the front 2 feet, back 2 and then the 2 middle ones. Using a Spirit Level we checked if the machine is level on X and Y Axis before we tightened the bolts on the feet using a Shifting Spanner.
We connected the Vacuum hose (AG-Vacuum/32) from the machine to the Single Phase Vacuum Pump (AG-Vacuum/LR/30) and fastened using a clamp. We made sure that the drain plug was properly closed before we filled the vacuum pump with about 50 Litres of tap water. The wiring from the Vacuum pump to the control box had already been done by the Client’s electrician. We then installed the rubber seals on 3 sections of the bed to ensure that a vacuum is created.
We filled the 500ml Manual Lubrication Oil pump (R-Pump/Oil) with our No-Stop High Speed Lubrication Oil. We pumped the oil to ensure that all Axis’ i.e. X, Y and Z are all well lubricated.
We then connected the Water Inlet pipe to the Submersible Water Pump and submerged it in water (distilled water would be more preferable) and let the water outlet pipe returns back to the water container. We plugged the pump to 220V power source and tested to see if the water was circulating to cool the spindle.
We opened the Control Unit and checked the connections i.e Main Power Input from the socket, the Dust Collector and the Vacuum Pump, that the client’s electrician did before testing all Axis’ and if the spindle is turning. We also checked if Vacuum was working on all 6 sections of the bed. And we tested the dust collector as well. Once everything was working we proceeded with training on the machine and on the Artcam software. And we did a couple of test cuts as well.
