First step is to test the Epson-XP600 Printer Head if still working and firing its nozzles, switch on and let printer ‘Initialise’. Firstly move the Print-Head to the Left service Station on the Printer and use 1 uv-wipe from AM.CO.ZA also manually wipe the ‘WIPER & the F-INK/CAP/XP600’.

Press Exit for the Print-Head to return back to the INK CAP STATION. After it Cap’s, Press the right arrow Key labelled ‘Maintenance,’ scroll down to Manual Pump and run for 10 seconds not more, press ‘EXIT’, scroll down for ‘Wipe Nozzle’ and press ‘OK’. Run 2xNozzle Cleans and then press ‘Exit’ press Left Arrow Key ’Start POS’ to move Print-Head towards Left Service Station and use the Reflective Mirror Panel + UV/WIPE to wipe under the Print-head Surface again. Press EXIT when done.
Press Maintenance, Nozzle Test. My Nozzle Test was:
(C) 70% Cyan,
(M) 85% Magenta,
(Y) 5% Yellow,
(K) 80% Black
Now Switch off and Remove Carriage Boards carefully. Disconnect Dampers and seal the end of the Ink Pipes with a Gas lighter to avoid Ink Spills. Now remove the chain Block and pull-out all Cables but make sure all cable harnesses are loosened. Move Print-head to the left service station and follow video on ‘how to safely flush out all INKS from Print-Head’ – process can be seen here When done, remove Print-head, clean Print-Head (follow VIDEO). Now thoroughly clean Print-Head hoister.
When done Replace, fit Print-Head<Epson-xp600> and use new Epson-xp600/cables ( https://youtu.be/6v9GaVza5v8 ), fit New F-ink/dampers/UV, NOW Pour your new Inks <F2-UV/INKS> into your new Ink bottles or thoroughly cleaned containers. <Follow video>. Pull though you Inks on the Dampers to eliminate all Air Spaces inside the Ink Pipes. More information on How the Inking systems works

Now proceed to close the Ink Bottles, Switch ON the Printer and let the Printer Initialize and for the Print-Head Station to return to Ink Capping Station. If printer not capping right Please follow video: https://youtu.be/HlSak9u6uks
Now Firstly run Inking [found in maintenance options], once Inks start to reach the waste bottle press EXIT, Run Manual Pump 5-10 seconds followed by Wipe Nozzle and Run 2x Nozzle Cleans, Manually wipe under Print Head, Cap & WIPER using UV/WIPE.
Run a Nozzle Test, Mine 99% good but if you get a Nozzle Test above 50% good either re-run Maintenance tasks but do not over clean or flush the Print-Head, rather print away the Badness on Standard Speed and using a file ripped using a Low Pass.
